At CANNI Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the items.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA number inside the parcel before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned products for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
